Eaglestone strengthens its capital by €32.7 million and launches Landstone

Eaglestone is carrying out a €32.7 million capital increase, fully subscribed by its four shareholders. At the same time, the Group is launching Landstone, a land-carrying vehicle with €15 million of third-party equity. Together, these operations will fund new residential acquisitions in Belgium, France and Luxembourg, where Eaglestone is already developing more than 7,000 homes. In the first half of 2026, the Group posted a net profit of €5.3 million.
